The employer survey is a process of monitoring the needs of the labor market of the workforce and the extent to which the specializations, qualifications and capabilities of the workforce, youth and graduates are compatible with the needs and requirements of the labor market. Employer surveys are carried out periodically in various countries of the world using interviews and questionnaires as the main data collection methods and usually targeting executive managers or human resources managers to know their evaluation of the capabilities of the workforce, especially the new labor one , and to identify the most prominent capabilities that are needed in the labor market. The inclusion of studies aligning the capabilities of the workforce with the needs of the labor market in the strategic plans is one of the current trends in higher education in various countries of the world. The European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training (ECDVT) points out that the dynamic change in the labor market dictates the need to provide documented data on the change in different skills in a timely manner, and it is more important than ever to address the many problems that young people face, including access to training and employment, as young people's demands for more fair possibilities in their communities grow.
